To promote and strengthen the alternative investment ecosystem in Nepal

The Nepal Private Equity Association (NPEA) comprises of private equity and venture capital fund managers in Nepal.

Functioning as a representative entity, NPEA plays a pivotal role in representing all stakeholders within the private equity and venture capital ecosystem.

Established as a profit not distributing entity under the Company Act, NPEA is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors and propelled by a committed secretariat.

  • Support policymaking that promotes private equity, venture capital and alternative investments in Nepal.
  • Provide training and support to enhance the skills of professionals in the field of alternative investments.
  • Strive to establish an equitable and fair environment for both local and foreign fund managers.
  • Serve as a platform for industry stakeholders to convene and participate in discussions.
  • Effort to generate reports and collect data providing insights into the activities of the industry.
